Exciting News for Osceola County
July 1, 2013

Marsh Landing Adventures, LLC would like to announce our ground breaking at Partin Triangle Park for the new boat dock and sidewalks.  We will be installing a 50ft. handicap ramp down to a 8'x20' platform 2 - 5'x10' boarding ramps onto a 8'x60' floating dock for commercial airboat tours. There will also be a 8'x20' floating dock for public access. Estimated to take approximately a month to complete.  Once completed Marsh Landing Adventures will celebrate with a ribbon cutting and dedication where the dock will be presented to the county.

In the photo to the right you can see the ground breaking on the new sidewalk.  This will be a 200' walkway leading from the pavilion across the driveway on down to the boat dock.  Project started on July 1, 2013and is expected to take 4-6 weeks to complete.  Further details on the progress to follow in the next newsletter.

Local History Attraction

With the kids out of school, why not show them some Osceola County history at the Pioneer Village? The Osceola County Historical Society is celebrating Museum Monday today with four free children admissions with every paying adult! They suggest to stop by and make a day out of it by picnicking on their grounds and going for a hike across the street in the park. Photo courtesy of the Osceola County Historical Society.

When is the best time to take a Airboat Tour

When is the Best time, Airboat Tours are a year round escape into the Everglades, remember we are a semi sub tropical Paradise, Warm to very Mild winters and Warm to very wet and Humid summers.
We conduct our tours from 8 am till 5 pm every day except Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm and are closed on Christmas Day.
Anytime Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall is a great time to visit the Creatures of the Swamp.
Although Summer Months from June through September are our wettest Months, It is best to Book your Tour early, say from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm,usually will mean you will not be rained out.
Our Summer rains are warm and our Airboats have Binimin Tops and we do supply rain gear for everyone.
Remember our wildlife loves the warm summer rains,
You can not visit florida and miss the opportunity to see the vast Everglades on a State of the Air Airboat.
